IMPORTANT INFORMATION (Please Read)

FQPL 1 - 2	Ultimax One	8 x competition match balls
FQPL 3 - 6	Delta One 24	6 x competition match balls
Regional FQPL	Delta One 24	6 x competition match balls
Community	Calcio Max (minimum ball)	$140.00 voucher (for purchase of any Mitre footballs)

Complimentary products will be despatched by regions from the following dates-
Monday 29th January- Metro South & North, South Coast, Darling Downs, Sunshine Coast, Central Coast
Monday 5th February- Wide Bay, Far North & Gulf, Northern Men, Whitsunday Coast
Please allow 7 days for dispatch and 3-5 business days delivery for metro areas and 7-10 days for regional areas.
Community clubs will receive their voucher when nominations close in early March

We use commercial couriers to delivery your order and the following requirements apply-

Delivery must be to a business address capable of receiving deliveries at any stage from Monday- Friday
We are unable to ship to club grounds or PO Boxes.
All deliveries must have a complete shipping address including delivery contact person, business name (if delivered to a business address), street address (including street number), suburb, and post-code.
Delivery notifications- you will be sent an email with your tracking notifications. These are automated for your convenience. We are unable to put special instructions for drivers to call you prior to delivery.
All orders are marked default AUTHORITY TO LEAVE. If you do not wish for the order to be left unattended, please unselect this option.
Futile deliveries- if the courier is unable to deliver your orders, extra charges may be payable by your club to receive a re-delivery of your orders
